Everything you need to understand, sell, and benefit from the Service Guard workmanship warranty program.

Program Benefits

What You Get as a Service Guard Partner

Partnering with Service Guard gives you more than a warranty — it gives you a competitive edge, financial upside, and peace of mind.

Insurance-Backed Coverage

Every warranty is underwritten by an A-rated admitted carrier. Claims are paid by the insurance company — not your balance sheet.

Sales Commission

Earn a commission on every warranty sold. The warranty is embedded in your roof proposal and sold by your sales team at point of sale.

100% Profit Sharing

Service Guard allocates 100% of underwriting profit share back to roofing partners when loss ratios remain below target. The lower your claims, the higher your share.

Customer Confidence

Homeowners choose contractors who offer real protection. An insurance-backed warranty removes hesitation and helps you close more deals.

Simple Claims Process

Claims are handled by a dedicated third-party administrator from first notice through final payment. No hassle for you or your customers.

Transferable Warranty

The warranty transfers with the home when sold, adding real value for your customers and differentiating your proposals from competitors.
