Adam grew up in Indiana and now resides in Nashville, TN. He spent his childhood on a farm, around small businesses, and working in his dad's shop, learning to refinish and build furniture.

He began his career advising healthcare business owners through the sale of their companies. More recently, Adam has been an investor at Shore Capital, a leading lower middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investing in small home and B2B services businesses (residential and commercial roofing, generator repair, fiber internet, chimney repair, well drilling, smart home technology integration), software, healthcare, and more.

Ari grew up in Carmel, Indiana and now resides in Philadelphia, PA. He competed in tennis at the collegiate level and enjoys cooking and baking in his free time.

He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, advising Fortune 500 companies on capital structure and strategic finance. More recently, Ari has been an investor at a private family office called KIG and previously worked as an investor at Falcon, where he focused on home services (HVAC, Windows), consumer products, education, healthcare and B2B services.
